Lam Tse Heung is an LL.B Honours graduate from the University of London, England and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2004. Lam is a litigator with experience and has been engaged in a variety of commercial and civil matters particularly in general contractual disputes, tortious claims, banking and finance cases and corporate matters. His significant portfolios include General debt recovery, Bankruptcy and Insolvency matters, Family Matters, Industrial Relations and Employment Law, Commercial and Corporate matters, Land recovery matters, Banking and Financial matters (Hire Purchase and Leasing). Lam also involves in pre-litigation advice which include methods of legal enforcement, assessment of merits of cases and advice in resolving disputes without proceeding with formal litigation when court processes are not expedient to clients.
